Sample Batching & Blending Systems IPEC's custom designed Blending and Batching Systems are constructed to meet each individual process requirement. Utilizing flowmeter and load cell technology, the systems precisely blend or batch multiple ingredients simultaneously. Our PLC and PC based control systems with state of the art automation and information management capabilities allow integration of process, CIP control, reporting and data collection. All systems are constructed by our competent fabrication group and thoroughly tested prior to shipment. Additional services offered include field installation, start-up, commissioning and operator training.
