IPEC fabricates Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) Systems that can be utilized to clean process components or individual assembly pieces. Available with manual controls or as fully automated systems, IPEC COP Systems can be configured with jet patterns, heating components, detergent addition, and other features to suit.

IPEC fabricates Hold Tube (retention tube) assemblies for use with product sterilization or pasteurization. Solutions are heated, and held at temperature as they flow through these assemblies which are typically insulated after construction. The diameter and length of the Hold Tube is determined based on the product hold time and flow rate. IPEC Hold Tubes may be purchased individually or as part of a complete HTST/Sterilization System for BioPharm, Biofuel, or the Food/Beverage Industries.

IPEC platforms provide improved accessibility to existing equipment and allow customers to maximize use of their building space with development and installation of large-scale or vertically designed systems. Our decks are available with diamond plate, slip resistant, or resin grate material. Platforms can be provided as standalone units or as part of an integrated system with features such as under-deck lighting, lifts/hoists, and stairways. Our structures are built to meet internationally recognized safety standards and can include seismic analysis and certification.

IPEC Pump Carts are used for a variety of processing and cleaning operations where stationary units are not optimal. Utilizing a single cart in place of many dedicated pumps can significantly reduce capital and maintenance costs. Our engineers work with the customer to specify the proper pump style/configuration and any additional components, instrumentation, or integrated controls required for operation.

IPEC static mixers effectively and efficiently blend ingredients in-line, without moving parts or mechanical agitation. The removable element is selected based on the properties of your product and can be configured for gentle or turbulent mixing for a range of ingredients and products. As with all custom IPEC components, materials of construction, sizing, and surface finish are available to suit your process.

IPEC sprayballs are used for cleaning vessels and other process equipment. Custom designs are configured to maximize the efficiency of your cleaning process based upon the geometry of equipment to be cleaned and available utilities. IPEC spray devices are available with single or multiple static balls, variable drill patterns, and custom mountings for optimized coverage and effectiveness.

Atmospheric process, balance, surge, and other vessels are available in a variety of sizes and configurations. IPEC tanks are fabricated from 304L or 316L stainless steel with internal and external finish to suit. Integrated agitation, instrumentation, heat transfer, sprayballs, and process connections are always available.
