Vaccine Production CIP Systems
4,000L & 15,000L Purification Hold Module
IPEC provided multiple assemblies for a large-scale facility transformation project in Ireland. The Multi-Product Cell Culture Project converted an existing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient production facility into an advanced Biologics Drug Substance Manufacturing campus. The entire project was executed rapidly in relation to the complexity and scope, which would not have been possible without the use of modular systems.

- (1) Liquid Filtration Module
- (1) Pre-Viral Filtration Module
Clean-Room Access Panel
Integral to the systems are a number of design elements, including access platforms, transfer panels and steam-in-place capabilities. Several assemblies, installed in mechanical spaces within the facility, were outfitted with panels for access to critical instrumentation, sample ports, etc. from the clean-room production areas.
The end-user was awarded ISPE Facility of the Year in the category of Project Execution. IPEC is proud to have provided a significant number of critical process systems to support this effort.
