Transfer panels provide configurable piping circuits that allow routing process and utility fluids to and from multiple unit operations.
Confirm
Available proximity sensors confirm jumper positions and associated piping circuits interlocking process activities if an incorrect path is made.
Protect
By creating a physical break between piping segments, transfer panels protect upstream and downstream operations from inadvertent contamination.
Wall-Mount assemblies may be flush-mount or recessed alcove-style for installation within facility wall paneling.
Multi-Level panels are configured to enable concurrent transfers to or from common groups of unit operations using an innovative port layout.
Free-Standing panels include legs for use in mounting within the process area.
Laser Etching provides hIghly-visible, detailed and permanent panel tagging for port identification and proximity sensor targets.
We use machined heavy-wall ferrules for hygienic port fittings. These add strength and maintiain high-purity internal surface finish.
To ensure precise results our fabrication standards include laser-cut back plates and BPE-compliant tolerances.
